Mega Astro processes the data needed for accounts, calculations, saved profiles, payments and selected AI functions. The scope depends on the modules you use.

Categories of data

Account
Email address, login credentials, settings, consent history and session security.
Profile data
The name of the profile, date, time, place and data required for the calculations.
Results
Charts, reports, interpretations and activity history linked to the account.
The content of dreams
Private entries added voluntarily to a separate module.
Hand photos
Only when Palmistry is used voluntarily and within the scope described in the policy.
Payments
Transaction identifiers and statuses; when Stripe is used, full card data is handled by the payment provider.
Other data
A close relative’s profile still contains personal data.
Foundation
You only create a profile of another person if you have a legal basis for entering the data.
Minimization of the costs
Use an initial, pseudonym or neutral designation in the profile name if full name and surname are not required for the calculation.
The target
Do not use the app for harassment, discrimination, profiling without a lawful basis, or high-risk decisions about someone without their knowledge.
AI and suppliers
Not every function is run exclusively within one server.
Location search, social sign-in, payments and content generation may use external services. The current Privacy Policy should identify their roles and the categories of data involved.
Only the context needed for the specific operation is passed to generate the content.
The name of the locality may be entered in the coordinate search service.
Google or Apple process data on their own terms.
The payment provider handles the card and transaction confirmation.

Are the profiles public?+
They are not published as public pages by default. Access to the app and history requires an account, except for sharing functions that the user deliberately enables.
Does Mega Astro have the full card number?+
For Stripe payments, the full card data is handled by the payment operator and the application receives the transaction IDs and status.
Can I just delete the hand photos?+
The available operations depend on the current version. If there is no dedicated function, contact support and identify the profile and data category.
How long is the data stored?+
Retention periods should be described in the current privacy policy and depend on the purpose: account, contract, accounting, security, complaints or voluntary user content.
