The procedure
Delete the account without leaving an active renewal behind.
Turn off renewal
Cancel future renewal in the package panel or the payment provider’s portal. Deleting the account does not replace checking and managing an active subscription.
Use the removal feature
If it's available in your account settings, run it and confirm the operation as instructed.
Or contact support
Send the request from the email address linked to the account. Support may ask for secure identity verification.
The impact

Account and profiles
Account data, profiles, dreams and voluntary content should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the procedure.
Reports
After you delete your account, you may lose access to the interpretations and files you saved.
The transaction documentation
Data required by accounting, taxation or claims protection legislation may be kept for the required period.
The important distinction
Canceling a package and deleting an account are two different things.
Cancel renewal
Stops the next charge but usually leaves access active until the end of the paid period.
Account deletion
Ends access and starts the data-deletion procedure. This may result in the loss of unused allowance, reports and history.
Withdrawal or complaint
These are separate rights and procedures. Deleting an account is not automatically a complaint or a statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Can I get the deleted account back?+
There is no guarantee, and after the procedure is completed, the data may be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
Does deleting an account automatically return money?+
No. Refunds, withdrawal and complaints follow separate procedures described in the Terms of Service.
Can I request a copy of the data before deleting it?+
You may exercise your rights of access or data portability to the extent provided by applicable law and the current Privacy Policy.
