When the Mega Astro plugin runs in the same WordPress installation, the complete interactive Help Centre loads below. If the app uses a separate domain, instructions are also available from the Help menu inside the PWA.

Quick answers
The most common technical problems.
The app is stuck on the loading screen. What should I do?+
Refresh the page, check the connection, clear site data for the app domain and sign in again. After a PWA update, removing the old icon and reinstalling the app can also help.
I don't see a new package after the payment.+
First refresh the Account and packages section. If payment was charged but access has not appeared after a few minutes, send the transaction number or account email address — never full card details.
Google or Apple sign-in returns to the old domain.+
The provider configuration must include the new callback URL and allowed domain. Copying the sign-in plugin alone does not update Google or Apple settings.
I changed the language, but some of the text is in Polish.+
All seven marketing-language versions are included. The app uses separate translation catalogues; if any screen still appears in Polish, report the exact screen and phrase.
